LAUREN PENSA, RVT

Lauren started her career in a small private practice as a veterinary assistant while attending the animal science program at Carrington College. She Graduated in 2016 and passed the Veterinary Technician National Exam to become a Registered Veterinary Technician that same year. Lauren decided to move on from private practice to pursue new opportunities in shelter medicine. Lauren has gained a lot of knowledge and experience from working at Humane Society of Silicon Valley. After 7 years, Lauren decided it was time for a change and wanted to work directly with the community to help provide affordable care to animals and families and became a full time employee at Animal Fix Clinic .

Lauren and her partner have a total of 6 dogs. They claim to be the “barkey bunch” because they merged their packs together. With 5 little dogs and 1 Doberman, there is never a dull moment .
