AKINA HUEY

Akina has always loved animals as a kid, having birds from a very young age, then later dogs, and cats. 

Akina has a background in graphic design, starting her career as a freelance graphic designer. She then pivoted into the nonprofit industry, working at various nonprofits as a marketer and has stayed in the industry since. 

In her free time, Akina likes to travel, craft, and scout her next great bite. She is a proud dog mom to four chihuahuas: Puddin, Jello, Biscuit, and Mocha.
